The price we quote is the price you pay!
Unlike some companies, we don’t charge extra for chemical and treatments that were not quoted. We will let you know before we start the work if the price will be different and need re-quoting.

An area is a room, landing, hallway or stairs etc.
It is more cost effective to have multiple rooms / areas cleaned as there is a £50 minimum fee to account for the costs of the visit.
2 rooms / areas and over are £30 per room /area (ie. 2 rooms / areas is £60).

A small surcharge is applicable if we have to travel over a ferry or toll to reach you, or if you are outside of our normal operating area to cover fuel or additional travel costs.
